Black Mama, White Mama is 87 minutes of good times. Arrow Video can do no wrong it seems as they once again give us a wonderful Blu-ray.
Tales That Witness Madness is a rather appropriate name for this movie. Each tale is as mad as the one that came before it.
La Bambola di Satana is a rather mundane movie that starts to redeem itself near the end but sadly falls short of being a worthy Giallo.
American Horror Project Vol 1 might not have the best movies around, but the passion that went into restoring the films, and with a mountain of special features to go through, the Blu-ray box set is definitely worth checking out.
Cherry Falls is one of the few late '90s/early 2000s horror films that stills holds up. The Blu-ray from Scream Factory isn't uncut, but still worthwhile.
Invasion U.S.A. delivers a super fun action romp, but with a paper thin storyline.
Arrow Video deserves a big pat on the back with this one. I never even saw the film before, but now I have an amazing Blu-ray of it in my hand.
The Blu-ray might be short on features, but the movies make up for it. R.O.T.O.R. is a perfect example of so bad it's good.
A fun movie that was heavily cut up. Disturbing Behavior comes courtesy of Scream Factory in a package that doesn't provide any new special features.
Species III outstays it's welcome, but does have some lovely nudity, and Species: The Awakening is pretty much a failure all around, with a pointless story and wasted potential with drop dead gorgeous Helena Mattsson
Species II impresses in that it surpasses the original, providing ample amounts of nudity, gore and lovely, strange H.R. Gigerness with the alien sex scene being mind-blowingly weird.
It's a fun movie, but light on nudity and violence, which makes sense given the PG rating. The Arrow Video / MVD Entertainment Group Blu-ray is highly recommended.
